Family & Executive Assistant Opportunity About Us We are an entrepreneurial family seeking an exceptional Family & Executive Assistant to become an integral part of our daily lives. This is far more than a traditional nanny or executive assistant role—we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives helping a busy family stay organized both at home and at work. We own and operate multiple businesses and are the proud parents of four children—a wonderful 2.5-year-old daughter who is with us full-time and three boys (ages 12, 13 and 16) who are with us approximately 50% of the time. Our ideal candidate genuinely enjoys children of all ages, takes pride in maintaining an organized home, and is equally comfortable managing calendars, coordinating travel, or assisting with business projects. We're not looking for someone to simply complete tasks—we're looking for someone to become a trusted, long-term partner in helping our family and businesses thrive. Position Overview This role combines four primary areas of responsibility:

• Childcare
• Household management
• Executive & personal assistance
• Travel support

Every day is different, and flexibility is essential. Childcare (Approximately 3 Hours per Day) Our primary childcare focus is our 2.5-year-old daughter, who attends school Monday through Friday from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Responsibilities include:

• Morning and/or afternoon childcare
• School drop-off and pickup as required
• Planning engaging, educational and active play
• Preparing healthy snacks and simple meals
• Supporting routines and developmental milestones
• Taking her to activities, parks and appointments
• Occasional evening babysitting (planned in advance)

Our three boys (ages 12, 13 and 16) are with us approximately 50% of the time. While they are very independent, occasional support may include:

• Driving to or from sports and activities (we will provide access to a vehicle)
• Helping coordinate schedules
• Preparing meals or snacks
• Supervising while parents are working or travelling
• Assisting with general household routines

Household Management (Approximately 1-2 Hours per Day) Responsibilities include:

• Laundry (washing, folding and putting away)
• Kitchen cleaning and organization
• Bathroom cleaning
• Tidying bedrooms and making beds
• General household organization
• Light meal preparation
• Managing household supplies and groceries
• Receiving deliveries
• Running local errands

This role is intended to keep our home consistently clean, organized and running efficiently, rather than replace periodic deep cleaning. Executive & Personal Assistant (Approximately 1-2 Hours per Day) Provide administrative support to both spouses. Responsibilities may include:

• Calendar and schedule management
• Email organization
• Booking appointments
• Travel planning
• Booking restaurants, hotels and flights
• Managing personal and business to-do lists
• Preparing documents and presentations
• Research projects
• Coordinating vendors and contractors
• Event planning
• Following up with business partners and suppliers
• Organizing digital files
• Assisting with miscellaneous personal and business projects

Travel The successful candidate must be willing and excited to travel up to 2 months per year, typically in 2–3 week trips. Travel will primarily be to our home in Turks and Caicos, with occasional travel throughout Canada, the United States and Europe. All travel expenses will be covered. Who You Are You are:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as an Executive Assistant, Family Assistant, Household Manager or Professional Nanny
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
• Strong organizational and technology skills
• CPR/First Aid certification is an asset
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday–Saturday, generally 35–40 hours per week from approximately 12pm-6pm unless otherwise discussed/planned
