Key Account Manager (Global Consumer Electronics Brand)

Position: Key Account Manager (KAM) We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join DJI’s North American sales team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major retail partners in Canada and the U.S., with a strong focus on Canadian Tire, Bass Pro, Costco, Walmart, and Best Buy . The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in consumer electronics, outdoor products, or portable power solutions, and the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand key accounts such as Canadian Tire, Bass Pro, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy , ensuring strong sales growth and brand visibility.
• Develop, negotiate, and execute sales and promotional strategies to drive revenue and market share.
• Build strong relationships with buyer and category managers at partner retailers.
• Conduct sales analysis and prepare reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track progress and optimize performance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and potential new retail channels.
• Travel within Canada and the U.S. as required for business meetings and trade events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of account management experience with Canadian Tire and/or Bass Pro (mandatory).
• Proven experience in consumer electronics, outdoor products, or portable power solutions.
• Strong understanding of Canadian and U.S. retail commercial models, including supermarket and large-format accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and reporting.
• Ability to travel for short-term business trips within Canada and occasionally the U.S.
• Knowledge of drones, cameras, or outdoor products is considered an asset.

Location

• Toronto, Vancouver, or Los Angeles (DJI office locations).
