We are seeking an energetic, attentive, and hospitality-driven Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

As a Server Assistant, you will work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, maintain dining room cleanliness, and uphold the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our Italian casual fine dining restaurant.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing attentive guest service.

Key Responsibilities Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating when required.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive demeanor at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate needs to servers and management.
• Support the overall guest experience by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.

Dining Room Support

• Set, reset, and maintain dining tables according to restaurant standards.
• Clear and sanitize tables efficiently between seatings.
• Refill water, bread, and other complimentary items as directed.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.

Food Running & Service Support

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately and promptly.
• Verify orders for completeness before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate menu items and assist servers with food presentations when needed.
• Support servers during peak service periods to ensure seamless operations.

Operational Duties

• Stock service stations with linens, cutlery, glassware, condiments, and supplies.
• Polish glassware, silverware, and other service items.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
