Ledcor Corporate Risk Management Leader

Elevate enterprise risk management with Ledcor as the Corporate Risk Manager in Calgary, AB. Drive risk frameworks and strategic advisory across all Operating Companies for impactful decision-making. As a key strategic leader, you will shape and advance Ledcor’s risk management frameworks. This senior role involves acting as the primary risk advisor, influencing decisions from project conception through execution. You will ensure alignment with Ledcor’s risk appetite and governance standards while promoting best practices. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the evolution of enterprise risk frameworks
Shape risk tolerance guidance for executives
Provide independent reviews across project lifecycle
Oversee rigorous risk assessments and mitigation modeling
Represent Risk Management in governance forums

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Chartered Insurance Professional or equivalent progress
Minimum 8 years in enterprise risk or construction
At least 5 years influencing senior executives
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
