Sales Representative

Job Responsibility: Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to expand our reach within the decorative products sector. This individual will be responsible for growing business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth across North America. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate business opportunities through research, referrals, networking, and industry knowledge, with a focus on decorative floral solutions.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with both new and established clients.
• Showcase our product line by delivering tailored demonstrations and addressing unique customer requirements.
• Design and implement sales initiatives aimed at surpassing performance goals.
• Guide clients through the purchasing journey while delivering top-tier service and support.
• Craft and present tailored pitches, proposals, and agreements to prospective customers.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date records of outreach efforts, sales progress, and client communications.
• Partner with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales tactics complement broader organizational strategies.
• Travel throughout North America to engage with prospects and existing partners.

Qualifications

• Must be able to be on-site full time (outside of Hamilton)
• Previous success in a sales role, ideally within consumer goods, design-focused products, or lifestyle-related markets.
• Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, influence others, and build rapport across diverse audiences.
• Comfortable leveraging CRM platforms to track performance and manage clients
• Skilled at breaking down product features into clear value propositions that resonate with customers.
• A post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline is an asset.

Salary : ~65,000/year + Commission
