Lead cost control for FCC Canada’s GO Rail Expansion – On-Corridor Program through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Work on major transit infrastructure.The Cost Control Manager leads project financial management for this landmark program. Responsibilities include financial reporting, change management, commercial risk mitigation, and team development. The position supports accurate financial information, effective monitoring, and project requirements throughout delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Set cost control guidelines within Project Control PlansAnalyze project performance, metrics, trends, and reportingManage budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and cost reportsOversee change management, claims, and dispute resolutionHire, coach, and mentor project controls personnelRequirements:
15 years construction experience, including 10 years cost controlStrong Earned Value Management knowledgeExperience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and estimatingUndergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or EngineeringKnowledge of SAP, Primavera, Hard Dollar, or AccubidBring cost control leadership, financial analysis, and project reporting expertise to FCC Canada’s transformative GO Rail program.
