Legal Counsel Role in Aviation Support
Bombardier Transportation GmbH

In this role, you will report to the Director of Contracts and Legal Services, overseeing agreements that support customer relationships and compliance for Bombardier's aviation services. You will play a vital part in managing legal risks, delivering strategic advice, and fostering smooth communication across teams and clients to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations for service agreements in aviation
• Collaborate with Litigation team on claims handling
• Coach clients for improved compliance and contract understanding
• Identify potential commercial risks and solutions
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Licensed member of a Canadian or U.S. Bar
• At least 8 years in commercial law or litigation
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
