HSE Manager for Electrical Team Projects
Strike Group
Lead health and safety efforts as the HSE Manager at Strike Group in Moose Jaw, SK. Collaborate with the electrical team to enforce HSE standards in project execution. As the Site HSE Manager, you take a proactive role in implementing the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System for ongoing electrical projects. Your responsibilities will include developing safety training programs, managing incident investigations, and fostering a collaborative team environment focused on safety. Your leadership ensures a safe work culture across the site. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist management with HSEMS and safety manuals
- Develop and test Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSP)
- Conduct worksite inspections and safety audits
- Monitor PPE inventory and procurement
- Lead incident investigations and safety training
- NCSO designation required for this role
- Minimum five years in safety management roles
- Experience in electrical safety operations as a plus
- Strong knowledge of OHS legislation required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
