Maintain high candidate engagement and deliver a smooth candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding. Partner with operational managers to meet target hiring quotas and tight deadlines. Language: Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal) is required. Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume, logistics, retail, or agency settings. Availability: Able to work on-site 3 set days per week (no flex days) starting early next week. Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
