Votre rôle :- Diriger toutes les activités liées aux inventaires, au marchandisage, aux ventes et au service à la clientèle dans les départements des électroménagers, cuisines, couvre-plancher, menuiserie, décoration et peinture
- Veiller à la mise en place d’une équipe de vente professionnelle en tout temps pour atteindre les objectifs d’affaires
- Adopter les comportements nécessaires pour fournir un service à la clientèle SMART, rester en inventaire et garder le magasin propre et sécuritaire pour les clients
- Déterminer les lacunes dans le processus de vente ainsi que les opportunités en analysant les rapports, en observant les interactions lors des ventes, en faisant des jeux de rôle et en tenant compte d’autres canaux de rétroaction pour créer des plans d’action particuliers qui permettront d’améliorer les performances en matière de ventes et de marges
- Collaborer avec différents membres de l’équipe de direction et l'ensemble du personnel de magasin pour s’assurer que chaque personne joue son rôle dans la gestion du bassin de ventes quotidien; veiller à ce que les équipe aux ventes gèrent correctement les soumissions, les clients potentiels, les estimations, les propositions et les interactions avec la clientèle, et en tirent pleinement parti
- Toutes autres tâches connexes assurant le bon fonctionnement du magasin
- 3 années d’expérience en gestion d’équipe dans un environnement de vente au détail
- 1 année d’expérience en gestion d’une équipe de ventes performante liée directement au commerce de détail, au commerce d’entreprise à entreprise, aux ventes externes ou au secteur des services aux consommateurs
- Connaissance des catégories de produits (p. ex., électroménagers, couvre-plancher, cuisines)
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement interfonctionnel et en constante évolution
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
- Compétences en anglais est un atout
- Toutes combinaisons d'études et d'expériences professionnelles pertinentes seront considérées
