Remote Marine Insurance Broker at ELCO

Join ELCO as a Remote Marine Insurance Broker, where customer service and expertise in pleasure boat insurance are paramount. Provide specialized advice and help clients navigate their policies with confidence. The ideal candidate will hold a valid RIBO license and possess 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance. At ELCO, you will become an expert in APRIL Marine products, handling incoming requests while ensuring excellent service and timely follow-ups. Our commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement empowers our brokers to make impactful contributions. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on pleasure boat insurance products
- Manage incoming requests, policy changes, and renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up timely
- Develop expertise in APRIL Marine insurance
- Support sales team with quotes and new business
- Valid RIBO license required
- 2-3 years of insurance broker experience
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in boat insurance is an asset
