- Generate leads through digital outreach and networking
- Conduct assessments to tailor insurance solutions
- Present competitive quotes using market tools
- Negotiate terms with underwriters and insurers
- Capture accurate client details in Broker Management System (BMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in insurance sales or high-performing sales
- Active RIBO license in good standing
- Familiarity with Broker Management Systems
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism
