Full Time Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are actively searching for candidates located in Ontario.

Successful candidates MUST be available to start July 2, 2024.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that operates any five (5) days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating business hours of: Monday to Sunday: 8:00AM to 10:00PM EST

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers inquiring about new products and services
• Thoroughly and accurately review and document customer accounts to ensure better assistance to customers
• Effectively resolve and de-escalate customer disputes
• Handle customer billing inquiries with professionalism
• Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
• Maintain utmost respect for customer privacy and data protection
• Market new services and products to new and existing customers
• Exceed individual targets and performance expectations, with the potential to earn additional compensation
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of contracts and policies
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments as necessary

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working onsite in an engaging environment
• Strong organizational skills and active listening abilities to determine the most suitable course of action
• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer usage and data entry
• Prior experience in customer service, with a preference for experience in accounts receivable or contact centers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience is considered advantageous

Compensation: competitive hourly wage and eligible for bonuses and full commission

• $16.55/hr plus commission and 4% vacation pay
