Senior Analyst for Identity Modernization
Insight Global
Lead enterprise identity modernization at Insight Global. Drive migration from legacy Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID within a complex healthcare ecosystem. We are searching for a Senior Analyst/Team Lead to spearhead our identity modernization program. This role requires expertise in Active Directory migration, architecture design, and hands-on project delivery. You will manage a small team while engaging in a 24/7 operational environment to ensure successful implementation of identity solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Active Directory modernization to Entra-native models
• Conduct assessments and define future-state designs
• Identify and address risks and technical debt
• Design scalable identity architecture and security controls
• Manage integration of identity systems with legacy platforms Requirements:
• 8–10+ years in identity architecture or AD integration
• Proven experience with AD to Entra ID migrations
• Deep knowledge of AD domain structures and governance
• Strong project management and delivery skills
• Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and hybrid environments Bring leadership and technical expertise to modernize identity solutions in our healthcare ecosystem.
