Your new role
As a Leasing Representative, you will be responsible for the leasing and merchandising strategy across two retail mall assets. You will actively identify and secure new tenants, manage lease negotiations, and build strong relationships within the brokerage and retail community to drive occupancy and revenue.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2–5+ years of leasing experience, ideally within retail or commercial real estate
- Strong knowledge of the Edmonton market and retailer landscape
- Proven ability to source deals and negotiate lease terms
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented approach
