Role - Bilingual Regional Sales Manager (EN/FR)

Location - Etobicoke, Ontario

The Regional Manager, Inside Sales is responsible for leading the Inside Sales team to meet and exceed all assigned targets. Focus must be placed on high levels of customer service, the protection of existing revenue, customer acquisition, and proactively anticipating market trends and impacts via all sources. This is achieved through ongoing and frequent coaching and development of all team members. This position must lead by example and initiate and support all new advertising programs for Trader Corporation. The Regional Sales Manager must also ensure timely co-ordination and distribution of daily sales tools and KPI’s, including: Weekly Sales Planners and Sales funnel, Key Accounts, daily sales updates, outbound calling updates, and individual variance to budget. Hands-on daily interaction with all representatives is required to ensure value prop selling process is used with every client.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Revenue Growth: Execute Channel vision, strategies and initiatives to support the achievement of all assigned team targets through profitable and sustainable revenue growth. Strategically leads the team in delivering professional and superior customer service/information to all outbound and on-line customers regarding products and services by developing effective sales and service strategies. Provide focus to the organization on the relevant metrics and mindset, and set and deliver on goals for improvement across these metrics including maximizing up-selling opportunities.
• Workflow: Clearly communicate and monitor workflow expectations to team members to facilitate the timely and accurate reporting of all assigned revenues, client acquisition and call activity standards. Conduct data trend analysis and proactively develop recommendations for strategic change or process improvements. Evaluate, recommend and implement business processes, tools and applications that maximize productivity of the inside sales team with minimum impact to our clients. Directly responsible for all inside sales activity; ensuring efficiencies, costs, service levels and quality objectives are accomplished. Provides leadership and day-to-day direction to the Inside Sales team ensuring that business processes and practices are designed to support the loyalty of our employees, the satisfaction of our clients and the achievement of our financial objectives.
• Coaching & Development: Conduct regular coaching of team members to support achievement of all revenue targets and ensure Trader Value Proposition and way of selling are effectively and consistently communicated to customers. Through these sessions, opportunities for improvement will be identified and actioned through individualized development plans. Coach subordinates to excel in their current roles, emphasizing career growth, while developing a strong overall management team incorporating specific succession planning.
• Customer Focus: Continuously work to enhance the customer experience by identifying opportunities for improvements in service and satisfaction levels and dealing with customer escalations in a timely and professional manner. Responsible for operational excellence, sales & profitability, and client satisfaction for customers serviced.

Job Requirements - required (R), preferred (P) or asset (A)

Education, Experience and Technical Skills

• Diploma in Marketing, Commerce or Business Administration.
• 3 to 5 years experience in a sales management position with a history of leading high performing sales teams (R)
• A background in advertising/ media and call centers (P)

Compensation

Our ranges reflect the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Based on the role, the total rewards package may also include benefits, bonus, and other employee offerings.

The base salary range for this position is

$80,000 - $90,000 CAD
