Executive Assistant to Principal Financial Advisor

Who You Are:
· An enthusiastic team player with exceptional telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills building client relationships
· Have the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities relating to investment trades, GIC's, and follow up
· You have high standards and attention to detail while processing investment trades and paperwork
· Have the ability to solve problems quickly and independently.
· Self-motivated and proactive
· You have proficient computer skills, preferably with client management software like salesforce
· Familiar with mutual funds, GIC's, and life insurance administration
· Have experience in the investment industry (5 years minimum)
These Skills Will Help You:
· Prepare and organize materials for client meetings and investments
· Proactively communicate with both clients and the Advisor regarding upcoming investment changes or inquiries
· Demonstrate attention to detail and precision in processing trades and paperwork
· Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
· Communicate a culture of credibility, dedication, and genuine care for our clients specific needs
Specifics about the role
· The position is full time 8:30-4:30pm daily Mon-Fri
· The salary is $45,000 minimum based on industry experience
· You would be the primary point of contact for the office and support the Principal Financial Advisor
