Als datengetriebenes Team aus Aschaffenburg und Hamburg ist es unsere Mission, Search kontinuierlich auf das nächste Level zu heben: Potenziale identifizieren, versteckte Wachstumshebel aufdecken und Kampagnen so steuern, dass Performance messbar skaliert .Klartext: Schwankender ROAS, steigende CPCs oder umkämpfte Märkte sind für uns keine Ausrede, sondern eine strategische Herausforderung. Wir arbeiten langfristig und vorausschauend – mit klarer Struktur, sauberem Tracking und einem tiefen Verständnis für Geschäftsmodelle.
Du betreust keine 25 Accounts im Blindflug. Stattdessen arbeitest du eng mit 2–3 ausgewählten Kunden zusammen, die du strategisch entwickelst und aktiv voranbringst. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf dem Musikhaus Thomann – hier agierst du auf Augenhöhe, steuerst signifikante Budgets und holst das Maximum aus Google Ads & Co. heraus.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
Kundenberatung : Du betreust Bestands- und Neukunden mit teils 7-stelligen Budgets
Ads-Management : Du entwickelst, steuerst und optimierst Kampagnen und behältst Performance und Monitoring im Blick
Audits & Reporting : Du führst Account- und Kampagnen-Audits durch und leitest Maßnahmen ab; Du erstellst Reports mit verschiedenen Google-Tools
Workshops : Du konzipierst und leitest Workshops für und mit unseren Kunden
Team-Enablemen t: Du unterstützt bei der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Teammitgliedern
Automation & KI : Du integrierst Automations-Workflows und AI-Tools in bestehende Prozesse
Dein Background:
Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im SEA-Bereich
Sicherer Umgang mit Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio & Google Spreadsheets
Herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten & kombinatorisches Verständnis für unternehmensrelevante Kennzahlen
Hands-on-Mentalität & sicheres Auftreten
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
