Sales & Trading Associate at Clarity

Drive client transactions as a Sales & Trading Associate with Clarity in Vancouver, BC. Support buyers and sellers on our innovative platform while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary contact for clients utilizing Clarity’s trading platform. You will combine client engagement with operational support, guiding them through transactions, onboarding, and execution while managing documentation and compliance needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and onboarding
- Provide actionable market insights to build client trust
- Assist clients throughout transaction lifecycle via multiple channels
- Conduct detailed reviews of transaction documentation for accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot client issues
- 1-3 years in sales/trading or related fields
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail
- Capability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
