COMMERCIAL PLANNER reporting to COO KFI Inc

Purpose of the Role:

As KFI's Commercial Planner, this is a leadership position. You are the organizational keystone, ensuring cohesion and seamless alignment between diverse departments. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all commercial ventures both new and existing product lines are strategically planned, organized, lead, and executed to fulfill our ambitious sales projections.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Alignment:- Partner with the Innovation team to pinpoint market opportunities.- Work with Marketing and Sales for new product launch strategies.- Align sales plans with set budgets, ensuring profitability.

2. Execution and Coordination:- Serve as the bridge between Innovation, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.- Synchronize new product timelines with sales and marketing agendas.- Oversee sales plan execution, ensuring budgetary compliance.

3. Effective Communication:- Build robust relationships with department heads for synchronized functioning.- Periodically brief the COO on organizational progress, challenges, and prospects.- Lead inter-departmental meetings for unified goal setting and progress evaluation.

4. Performance Assessment:- Monitor the market performance of our diverse product range.- Scrutinize sales data to unearth trends and improvement areas.- Engage with Finance for budget adherence and future financial planning insights.

5. Market Insight:- Stay updated on market trends, competitor moves, and customer predilections.- Offer insights to the Sales and Marketing teams, Production & Shipping teams allowing for strategy recalibration based on evolving market dynamics.

6. Leadership and Oversight:- Ensure every department converges in its targets and operational execution.- Promptly address any departmental misalignments or conflicts.- Mentor juniorteam members,members, for instilling a culture of excellence.

7. Process Enhancement:- Pinpoint process enhancement areas and introduce best practices to amplify efficiency.- Cooperate with teams to optimize operations, eliminating redundancies.

Key Qualifications & Experience:*Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related.

MBA is a distinct advantage.- Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in commercial planning, preferably in the grocery & food sector.- Demonstrated ability in cross-functional team coordination.- Robust analytical and strategic acumen.

Skills :

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote.- Familiarity with financial and project management software PowerBI.- An understanding of analytics tools. provided by the
