ALIGNED Insurance seeks a detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Associate to work fully remotely across Canada. Embrace technology and contribute to client documentation while ensuring efficiency in your work. This role requires strong organization skills and the ability to support a high volume of client-related tasks. As a Commercial Insurance Associate, you will prepare documentation, manage policies, and assist with client needs. Your expertise in applied technology will enhance operational efficiency while delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare insurance documentation for clients and stakeholders
- Process policy changes and renewals effectively
- Manage shared inboxes and prioritize urgent requests
- Maintain accurate records in Applied Epic database
- Collaborate with teams to support service excellence
- 2+ years in commercial insurance administration
- Proficient with Applied Epic and Microsoft tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in a fast-paced insurance environment
- Understanding of commercial insurance workflows
