Directeur Exécution du Crédit Technologies

Prenez un rôle clé chez une banque à taille humaine en tant que Directeur(trice) d’Exécution du Crédit dans le secteur des Technologies et Innovation. Accompagnez des entreprises canadiennes dans leurs projets de financement de 1 M$ à 200 M$. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de portefeuille, de la qualité du crédit, et du suivi des financements au sein de l'équipe. Ce poste nécessite de construire des relations de confiance, d'analyser des modèles financiers complexes, et de structurer des solutions adaptées. Vous jouerez également un rôle consultatif et de leadership auprès de votre équipe, tout en interagissant avec diverses parties prenantes. Key Responsibilities:
- Gérer un portefeuille de financement pour entreprises technologiques
- Effectuer des vérifications mensuelles et préparer des rapports de crédit
- Structurer et présenter des dossiers de crédit pour approbation
- Agir comme coach en matière de crédit pour votre équipe
- Participer aux négociations et aux rencontres avec les clients
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise dans un domaine pertinent
- Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en financement complexe
- Compétences en analyse de modèles financiers
- Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et en négociation
- Capacité à gérer des priorités multiples
