Directeur Principal Crédit Commercial Toronto

À Toronto, dirigez la rédaction de prêts commerciaux avec vos compétences analytiques et votre sens des affaires, selon un modèle hybride.

BDC recherche une directrice principale ou un directeur principal pour proposer des prêts de 1 M$ ou plus. Vous analyserez des opérations complexes, effectuerez la diligence raisonnable et préparerez la documentation pertinente. Votre travail soutiendra des entreprises canadiennes de divers secteurs.

Responsabilités clés:

Rédiger des propositions de prêts de complexité moyenne à élevée
Établir les conditions, taux, remboursements et engagements appropriés
Examiner la documentation et négocier les structures de transactions
Résoudre les enjeux de conformité durant les négociations
Accompagner les nouvelles employées et nouveaux employés

Exigences:

Baccalauréat en commerce, administration des affaires ou comptabilité
Trois à cinq années d’expérience pertinente
Expérience en financement d’entreprise ou financements syndiqués
Expérience en rédaction de prêts et opérations financières complexes
Solides compétences en communication, négociation et gestion du temps

Contribuez à des décisions de crédit rigoureuses grâce à votre expertise en prêts commerciaux, analyse financière et structuration.
