Accounts Payable Specialist at Cryopak

Become a pivotal Accounts Payable Specialist with Cryopak in Montreal. This role requires keen attention to detail and proficiency in invoice processing, vendor management, and financial compliance. In this position, reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you'll focus on timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices in various currencies, maintaining vendor relationships, and managing compliance with internal controls. The role demands at least three years of experience in accounts payable within a high-volume environment, along with fluency in English and French. Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices in CAD and USD
• Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate vendor records and set up accounts
• Verify compliance with indirect tax regulations
• Support month-end activities and account reconciliations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience
• Diploma or degree in accounting or finance
• Experience in manufacturing considered an asset
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
