Initiatives Coordinator

The Communications Specialist will maintain and improve several ongoing processes and tools that support our distribution and field sales teams. With focus on accuracy, clarity and timely communications, the role will ultimately enable our Distributors and Field Sales Team to be more effective through developing tools, aligned to brand standards, that generate growth and efficiencies in market. All in our efforts to lead the Energy Drink category, grow the business and win versus our competition. 

The new role will support distribution and field sales by managing platform access/users, maintaining content and product information, uploading training materials, preparing activation call decks/regional slides, and updating all PPT's relating to distribution including the on-boarding deck, YTD distribution initiatives, and the Excel distribution priorities document. 

Job Description

#WINGTIPS  

• Manage accessibility and user access 

• Update teams with regular usage reports 

• Content maintenance: tools/calculators, sales blueprints, product Information (Core, planogram standards, POS catalog/tools) 

• Maintain training and development tools 

• Control Plane - Account parameters for all distribution partners   

 

#ACTIVATION CALL  

• Consolidate and build decks to support monthly activation calls 

• Work cross-departmentally with all contributors to ensure clear communication of upcoming priorities (sales, trade marketing, field sales, category, operations) 

 

#GET   

• Support and maintain Field Sales Team GET application 

• Manage accessibility and user access  

• Establish quality controls and/or quarterly audit review schedule in conjunction with the Field Sales Managers  

 

#DOCUMENT OWNER  

• Maintaining and updating critical 'live' distribution documents and presentations: On-boarding deck, YTD Initiatives tracker, Distribution priorities excel tracker  

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, & EDUCATION

• Attention to detail 
• Bilingual (English / French) an asset 
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  
• Ability to hold others accountable  
• Knowledge of in store execution, merchandising and POS in a direct store delivery distribution model preferred but not mandatory

• 10%

Additional Information

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $57,00 to $63,000. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s

qualifications

, skills, experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull’s bonus plan.
