Receptionist needed for 3-month contract this summer! $22/hour+
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Receptionist in the office space in Surrey, British Columbia.
We're actively hiring a Receptionist for our client in Surrey. This is a great role for someone looking to work this summer, gain some solid experience, and be part of a great team.
What's In It For You
- $22.00 - $25.00 hourly
- Location: Surrey
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4pm, full time hours
- 3-month contract with chance of extension
Responsibilities
- Answering a multi-line phone system and directing calls
- Managing multiple calendars and scheduling appointments
- Greeting incoming clients
- Receiving/sending mail
- Booking travel for executives
- Data entry and filing
- Keeping the front desk and lobby neat and tidy
Requirements
- 1+ years of direct working experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator
- Advanced user of MS Office and Outlook specifically
- Excellent customer service skills
- Available for the full duration of the contract
- Able to commute daily onsite for a 7:30am start
