Your ability to analyze performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations will be crucial in delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Craft high-performance compute kernels for ML operations
- Analyze and optimize kernel-level performance across generations
- Utilize profiling tools for performance analysis
- Collaborate to develop innovative optimization techniques
- Enable and optimize customer ML models on AWS accelerators
- 5+ years of non-internship software development experience
- Strong programming skills in at least one language
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture
- Mentorship experience or tech lead background
- In-depth knowledge of ML accelerator architectures
