  • Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase requests, and support budget tracking and reconciliation.
  • Maintain team documentation, shared resources, and records to support effective team operations.
  • Draft, update, and maintain content for the DEIA intranet site and other internal communications, as required.

Event Coordination

  • Coordinate the planning and logistics for DEIA webcasts, learning sessions, awareness campaigns, employee engagement activities, and other DEIA-related events.
  • Liaise with internal business partners, cross-functional teams, and external partners to coordinate event logistics, communications, technology requirements, registrations, materials, and post-event activities.
  • Develop event timelines and monitor deliverables to ensure activities are completed on schedule.

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report on DEIA metrics to measure progress, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data sets using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and support continuous improvement of DEIA programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leaders, business partners, and internal teams.
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data.

Research

  • Conduct research on DEIA leading practices, legislation, emerging trends, and benchmarking opportunities.
  • Analyze research findings and provide recommendations to support the continuous improvement of DEIA initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with business units, corporate functions, and cross-functional teams to support the planning and implementation of DEIA initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal business partners to support the successful delivery of DEIA priorities.
  • Support the communication and promotion of DEIA initiatives across the organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience creating reports, analyzing data, and developing dashboards or data sets.
  • Demonstrated experience collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support business decisions.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with business partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging principles and leading practices.
