Responsibilities

- Equipment Operation: Prepare, operate, and track high-speed automated machinery to maintain steady production rates.
- Quality Assurance: Perform continuous quality checks and accurate measurements to consistently meet product standards.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Promptly resolve mechanical issues to minimize production line downtime.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations and maintain an orderly work area.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with shift leads, material handlers, and plant personnel to achieve daily output goals.

Qualifications
- Prior Experience: Background working in a fast-moving manufacturing or plant environment.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to use standard hand tools and operate digital control panels.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable working on your feet in an active production space.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance record and strong commitment to team accountability.
