Vice President CPG Sales Strategy

Drive sales growth as the Vice President of Sales for Consumer Packaged Goods across North America, focusing on strategic account management. Lead dedicated teams and enhance revenue streams through effective initiatives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in U.S. and Canadian markets. You will nurture relationships with major accounts, develop key sales strategies, and oversee a high-performance sales culture. Collaboration with the CEO and marketing teams is essential for aligning sales efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the North American sales team towards growth targets
• Cultivate relationships with top retailers like CVS and Walgreens
• Analyze sales forecasting and pricing strategies
• Work with marketing to support promotional initiatives
• Participate in trade shows to identify new sourcing opportunities
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of progressive sales management experience
• 5+ years leading teams with a focus on CPG
• Strong background in managing key accounts
• Financial experience with P&L and strategic planning
• Ability to travel extensively within North America
