- Evaluate sales performance and identify enhancements
- Manage inventory and perform regular stock assessments
- Develop and implement sales strategies informed by KPI analysis
- Guide and train your team to achieve peak performance
- Retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury fashion
- Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and strategic execution
- Customer-centric with effective communication abilities
- Skilled in task delegation while maintaining focus on details
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of other languages a plus
