Senior Project Coordinator - ICI General Contractor - Ground Up New Build

Job Description

• Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Support project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for building projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
• Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project quality and client satisfaction.
