Manager of Wealth Advisory Practices

Join CI as a Regional Manager to lead Investment and Wealth Advisory Groups. Focus on supporting financial advisors and optimizing client experiences in a collaborative environment.
This critical role involves managing a territory of financial advisor practices, ensuring operational alignment, and enhancing growth strategies. Partnering with advisors, you will drive sales and improve their engagement with clients. You’ll build trusted relationships to foster successful collaborations within CI’s supportive framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach advisors and develop aligned business plans
• Drive sales and revenue through smart engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with internal teams for enhanced service
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, advanced designations preferred
• 7–10+ years in wealth management sectors
• Proven record of driving advisor sales performance
• Comprehensive understanding of financial practice management
• Awareness of regulatory frameworks in the industry
