Job Title: Salesforce Agentforce Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered customer engagement solutions using Salesforce’s Agentforce platform. This role requires a strong blend of technical architecture expertise, business consulting, and client-facing discovery skills .

The ideal candidate will work closely with customers during the discovery and envisioning phases , identifying high-value use cases and translating them into scalable, secure, and efficient Agentforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Discovery

• Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and customer interaction use cases
• Identify opportunities to leverage Agentforce (AI agents, automation, and conversational AI) to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Translate business needs into clear solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices and platform capabilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end Agentforce solutions , including AI agents, workflows, integrations, and data models
• Define architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations
• Map use cases to Salesforce capabilities such as Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce
• Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design
• Proven experience with customer-facing roles , including discovery and requirements gathering
• Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce Service Cloud and platform architecture
• AI/automation solutions (Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar)
• Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilités principales

Engagement client & découverte

• Animer des ateliers, entretiens et sessions de découverte avec les parties prenantes métiers et techniques
• Recueillir, analyser et documenter les besoins métiers et les cas d’usage liés aux interactions clients
• Identifier les opportunités d’utilisation d’Agentforce (agents IA, automatisation, IA conversationnelle) pour améliorer l’expérience client et l’efficacité opérationnelle
• Traduire les besoins métiers en architectures de solutions claires et en feuilles de route d’implémentation
• Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance auprès des clients, en les guidant sur les bonnes pratiques et les capacités de la plateforme

Architecture & conception de solutions

• Concevoir des solutions Agentforce de bout en bout (agents IA, workflows, intégrations et modèles de données)
• Définir des architectures évolutives, sécurisées et performantes
• Cartographier les cas d’usage avec les capacités Salesforce : Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI et Agentforce
• Produire des schémas d’architecture, des blueprints et des spécifications techniques
• Garantir l’alignement avec l’architecture d’entreprise et les standards de gouvernance

Qualifications requises

• Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en architecture Salesforce et conception de solutions
• Expérience confirmée dans des rôles en contact client, incluant la découverte et la collecte des besoins
• Expertise solide dans :
  • Salesforce Service Cloud et architecture de la plateforme
  • Solutions d’IA et d’automatisation (Agentforce, Einstein AI ou équivalent)
  • Modèles d’intégration (API REST/SOAP, middleware)
• Capacité à traduire des problématiques métiers en solutions techniques
• Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes
