Overview of the Role:
We're looking for an Account Executive to join our Agentforce Specialist selling team. In this role, you'll drive revenue growth by helping enterprise customers understand and adopt Agentforce — Salesforce's flagship AI innovation — partnering closely with the broader Salesforce sales organization to deliver ground-breaking results.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Salesforce sales team to identify, source, and qualify Agentforce opportunities across current and new customers, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Lead comprehensive discovery conversations to uncover customers' critical business needs and craft compelling Points of View (POVs) that demonstrate Agentforce's value to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Present tailored Agentforce solutions that align with clients' long-term strategic objectives and existing architecture, positioning Salesforce as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, "One Salesforce" client experience throughout the entire sales process.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales within a highly technical sales environment, with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including agent configuration, workflow integration, automation, and API connectivity.
- Strong technical selling skills, including the ability to translate AI capabilities and solutions into clear business outcomes for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud data warehouse technologies, cloud infrastructure, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
- Familiarity with predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques.
- Prior experience in a specialist or overlay sales role focused on emerging technology or AI solutions.
