Remote Claims Processing Specialist at WCG

Your contributions will enhance quality assurance and support the organization's mission of creating sustainable employment opportunities in Canada. Key Responsibilities:

Process client and employer financial support claims
Ensure quality assurance for claims and invoices
Answer administrative inquiries about claims
Communicate issues regarding ineligible claims
Stay updated on emerging trends in claims assessment

Requirements:

Strong auditing background and data entry experience
2-3 years’ experience in a related role
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Detail-oriented with high accuracy
Ability to adapt to changing situations
