Job Summary
CSN Collision is looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Hand to support our auto body shop team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, assisting with basic shop tasks, and supporting staff with general duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and surrounding areas
- Sweep, clean, and remove debris from work areas
- Assist with general shop upkeep and maintenance
- Cut grass and maintain the exterior property when required
- Drive customers home or pick them up when needed
- Move vehicles around the lot and shop as required
- Assist technicians and staff with basic tasks when needed
- Ensure shop tools and equipment areas remain organized
- Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable performing physical tasks and working outdoors when required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in an automotive or shop environment
