Qualifications:
- At least 1 year previous experience working in the Food Service or Hospitality Industry is preferred but not essential. We will train the right person with enthusiasm!
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ensure both Food and Service quality meets the high standards set by Papa's Burgers.
- Ambassador of the Perfect Guest Experience.
- Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to provincial workplace safety standards.
- The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate behaviours that align with our culture of improvement, growth and service excellence.
- Take customer orders, send them to the kitchen, pack it up and deliver to the customer.
- Helping prep fresh food, condiments, cooled products.
- Filling in wherever needed to help keep our customers happy.
