We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and have a flair for promoting products to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and meet targets- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits- Process transactions accurately using POS systems- Maintain a neat and organized store appearance- Upsell products to increase revenue- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to display inventory effectively- Proven ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities- Proficient in English; multilingual skills are a plus- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues- Ability to conduct product demos effectively- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries

Pay: $17.75-$21.00 per hour
