THE DRIPBaR Calgary is looking for a Front Office & Client Experience Specialist to be the welcoming face of our location.

This isn't your typical front-desk job. You'll be at the centre of the action—welcoming clients, helping them navigate our IV and wellness services, supporting our nursing team, keeping the lounge running smoothly, and helping create the upbeat, professional experience THE DRIPBaR is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome every client and help create a friendly, comfortable and energetic atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door.
• Schedule appointments, manage client flow and help keep the day running smoothly.
• Answer phone calls, emails and client questions with confidence and professionalism.
• Learn our IV drips, supplements and wellness services so you can help clients understand their options and connect them with the appropriate clinical team member when needed.
• Support our nurses with appropriate tasks, including vital signs and discontinuing IVs where permitted, trained and appropriate to the role.
• Keep client information organized and assist with updating histories, allergies and appropriate chart notes.
• Help us grow our community through social media, client photos, reviews and email engagement.
• Assist with events, promotions and other fun initiatives at the Calgary location.
• Build positive relationships with clients, vendors and community partners.
• Keep supplies stocked, organized and ready to go.
• Jump in wherever needed—because great client experiences are a team effort.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely likes people . You'll be one of the first and last people our clients interact with, so personality, energy and communication skills matter.

You'll be a great fit if you're friendly and confident, highly organized, comfortable multitasking in a busy environment, quick to learn, dependable and punctual, and able to stay calm when things get hectic. You should also be comfortable talking about wellness products and services, taking initiative instead of waiting to be asked, and paying attention to the small details that make a client's visit exceptional.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, health and wellness, medical reception, retail, fitness, aesthetics or a similar client-facing environment would be an asset.
