- Lead tax compliance and planning for diverse clients
- Review client deliverables for precision and compliance
- Consult on tax minimization strategies and changes
- Mentor and coach junior team members constructively
- Foster strong relationships to drive client value
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting tax experience
- Leadership experience in managing junior staff
- Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian tax legislation
- Strong progress in CPA In-Depth Tax Program is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
