Director of Advisor Marketing at Sun Life

Transform advisor engagement with Sun Life as the Director of Distribution Channel Marketing in a hybrid work environment. Reporting to the Assistant Vice-President, you’ll shape integrated strategies to enhance advisor relationships and drive sales growth. Your leadership will influence senior stakeholders, guide multifunctional projects, and connect marketing efforts to measurable success. Key Responsibilities:

Establish an integrated advisor marketing strategy across channels
Collaborate with senior leaders on resource allocation and priorities
Develop marketing plans that enhance advisor capability and engagement
Oversee educational programs and advisor enablement events
Measure marketing impact on sales performance and client satisfaction

Requirements:

10+ years in financial services marketing or channel strategy
5+ years leading teams in marketing or enablement
Experience in integrated marketing within financial services
Proficient in performance measurement and campaign strategy
Bilingual in English and French for specific locations
