Director, Field Market Access

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Field Market Access in Toronto to lead coordinated execution of market access priorities across Canada. The role translates strategy into field execution plans, manages external stakeholder relationships, and develops a distributed national team while supporting timely access to innovative medicines.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation of national Field Market Access plan across multiple teams and functions
Monitor policy and reimbursement developments; assess implications and recommend actions
Guide stakeholder engagement with government officials, payers, health systems, and patient organizations
Lead, coach, and develop nationally distributed team; manage performance and succession planning
Contribute field perspectives to reimbursement strategy, launch planning, and portfolio decisions

Requirements

Leadership experience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple functions
Market access, health economics, or pharmaceutical commercialization background
Demonstrated stakeholder relationship management with government, payers, and health systems
Strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration skills in regulated healthcare environment
Understanding of Canadian healthcare policy, reimbursement, and access landscape
