Senior Assistant Project Manager - Construction

Join our team to support Project Managers by facilitating communication across various stakeholders and managing documentation on commercial and industrial projects. Your role will be integral to ensuring projects run on budget and timelines in the Greater Toronto Area. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning and startup activities
- Review project drawings and contractual obligations
- Support subcontractor evaluation and procurement efforts
- Track critical project milestones and correspondence
- Maintain schedules and budget tracking documentation
- 5–8 years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of project documentation and contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to manage priorities in a busy environment
