Role Description The Personal Assistant to General Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Pickering , ON. The role involves managing the General Manager’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments to ensure efficient use of time. Day-to-day tasks include handling correspondence, organizing files and documents, preparing basic reports or presentations, and maintaining up-to-date records. The Personal Assistant will support office operations by performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and tracking deadlines related to immigration cases and business activities. This position requires close collaboration with the General Manager and other team members to support client service, internal communication, and smooth workflow within the office.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership in daily operations.
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with clients, team members, and external partners in a professional manner.
- Positive team working attitude.
