Key Responsibilities
- Develop health & safety programs meeting Ontario and industry standards
- Conduct Pre-start Health and Safety Reviews for new processes
- Perform safety audits focused on battery technology and hazardous materials
- Lead investigations into safety incidents with corrective actions
- Provide essential employee safety training and liaise with authorities
Requirements
- P.Eng. degree in Engineering required
- 5+ years in a health & safety role focused on clean technology
- Proven experience with PSRs and compliance standards
- Expertise in handling chemical hazards
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
