Under the supervision of the Assistant Director – Stores Assistant is the expert on in -stock products. He/She ensures that the presentation of products and related information contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers by carrying out the assembly and the dismantling of the displays according to the arrivals
<\/div>

of goods, the volume of stocks, while respecting the standards established by the FCNQ.

• Traveling for the boat (sealift);

• Participate in the assembly and the layout of stores;
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ensure the maintenance of the guidelines relating to the standards of the image and the trends of the stores;
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ensure that product displays are designed for consumers, arranged in an attractive way and that they are
  <\/span><\/li>
• "shoppable";
  <\/span><\/li>
• Possess general experience in inventory management and product handling, while serving as the subject matter expert for assigned areas such as product placement, expiration date monitoring, promotions, and related processes. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure cleanliness and ease of shopping, so that products are accessible and customers can move easily
  <\/span><\/li>
• through the aisles in collaboration with store staff;
  <\/span><\/li>
• Organize warehouse and store products by following the processes related to standards and procedures
  <\/span><\/li>
• established for inventory management in collaboration with store staff;

• Support Store Managers and Store Coordinators in maintaining quality and standards associated with

• perishable items, in accordance with store standards;

• Ensure that the display creates the best desirable visual impact with shelf cards, then assist in their execution,

• including corporate markdowns and labels in collaboration with in -store staff; <\/span>

• Respect loss prevention policies and procedures, and ensure their execution in the store in collaboration with the store staff;

• Make sure to keep his/her work area and the displays are in good condition and clean at all times;
  <\/span><\/li>
• Handle and use the equipment and materials required to perform work tasks safely;
  <\/span><\/li>
• Upon request, perform the cycle count and the annual physical inventory of the store with the accounting team;
  <\/span><\/li>
• Any other related tasks requested by Store Coordinators.

  QUALIFICATIONS <\/u><\/b>

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou expérience équivalente, un diplôme d’études collégiales (un atout) ;

  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en français et en anglais; la connaissance de l’Inuktitut est un atout.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Bonne forme physique :
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Capacité de soulever jusqu’à 30 à 50 lb ;
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Capacité à monter dans une échelle ;
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Capacité rester debout pendant plusieurs heures ;

  • Facilité avec les ordinateurs ;

    • High school diploma or equivalent experience, a college diploma (an asset);

    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in French and English; knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset.;

    • Good physical shape:
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      o Ability to lift up to 30 to 50 lbs;

      o Ability to climb a ladder;
      <\/div>

      o Ability to stand for several hours;
      <\/div>
