Job Responsibility: Posting Type Temporary End Date (if applicable) 02/28/2025 Classification Title PT Support 5 Pay Band 5 Min Salary $23.11 Max Salary $28.88 Position Summary Incumbent provides support for a full range of registration and financial aid activities for all Confederation College students (post secondary, non post secondary, part-time, full-time, funded, contract, international). The incumbent provides students, potential students and community agencies with proactive advisement and assistance in support of the College's strategic commitment to learner centered access and success. The incumbent must maintain and present accurate and up-to-date knowledge of programs, academic policies and procedures, registration processes, financial aid processes and services of the college. The incumbent may at times provides frontline cashiering services for students. The incumbent is responsible for evaluation, assessment, and maintenance of student records from acceptance of offer to graduation or withdrawal. This includes analyzing student registrations and/or records for all campuses in support of the enrollment audit which determines College funding. The incumbent works side-by-side with the other departments, such as Learning Resources Division, Admissions, and Accounts Receivable in working towards common goals.
