Participating in regular Bible studies and discipleship. Staff should actively seek to live out what we teach our clients and apply this faith in their personal and professional lives. Primary Purpose: To assist with the daily supervision and operations of the program. Providing mature leadership to students, and creating a Christ -centred atmosphere.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Primary Responsibilities:
<\/div>

Provide mature and Christ -like leadership and supervision to all students
<\/div>

Ensure all scheduled events, rules and procedures of the program are followed
<\/div>

Provide supervision for approved on location visits with students and their contacts
<\/div>

Facilitate student medication times, ensure proper dispensing and recording procedures are being completed
<\/div>

Assist with student appointments
<\/div>

Assist with class supervision, helping students with their contracts and ensure class progression recording measures are completed
<\/div>

Assist Program Coordinator with their responsibilities
<\/div>

Assist with the facilitation of support groups
<\/div>

<\/div>

Schedule: As set by the Campus Manager or Managing Staff, will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Budgetary: To participate, promote and support the fundraising of ATCCC.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Leadership: Providing leadership to SURGE ELP students and the student body.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Qualifications:
<\/div>

Proactively demonstrate and maintain excellent working relationships with the program team and all other departments
<\/div>

Strong organizational and highly effective communication skills
<\/div>

Strong focus on the purpose of the ATCCC discipleship model
<\/div>

An understanding of human nature and the student's physical and spiritual battles
<\/div>

Proficient in managing and resolving challenging situations with a calm and diplomatic approach, promoting positive outcomes.
<\/div>

Emit emotional and spiritual maturity
<\/div>

Valid drivers licence
<\/div>

<\/div>

Work Environment: Primarily working out of the centre in the specified location of position.
