Your Future Responsibilities As An Accounts Payable Clerk

• Verify and process vendor invoices to ensure the accuracy of accounting information;
• Monitor vendor accounts and contribute to meeting payment deadlines;
• Identify, analyze, and correct discrepancies or data entry errors in collaboration with the appropriate teams;
• Generate reports and extract data required to support financial operations;
• Participate in various administrative and accounting tasks to support the efficiency of the Finance team.

To Be An Accounts Payable Clerk, You Need

• A DEP, DEC, or other relevant education in administration, accounting, or a related field;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite;
• Bilingualism (English is required to communicate with our French-speaking teams).
